2. We estimate the value of your land
Using a mixture of planning expertise, mapping software, and market research of the area, we are able to make an initial offer for your piece of land/property. We aim to maximise the value of your land by carefully balancing this value with what is likely to obtain planning permission. We are also sustainable home design experts.
3. Sign an option agreement
If you are happy with the proposal offered to you, both the land owner and Millen enter into an option agreement which secures the purchase price and timeframes for the process. This option agreement can be tailored to suit your personal requirements.
4. Obtain planning permission
You sit back and let us take the ropes to begin the planning journey starting with a design of the scheme. This will be sent for your approval before the application is submitted. Planning can be a lengthy process, however, we do our utmost to ensure it runs as smoothly and quickly as possible, keeping you informed along the way.
Once planning permission is granted, we exercise the option agreement and complete on the purchase in the usual way.
